Delete Your Account
You're always in control of your data. Here's exactly how to permanently delete your AmritSmile account, and what happens when you do.
How to request account deletion
Account deletion is requested directly from the AmritSmile mobile app:
Install the AmritSmile app from the Google Play Store (Android) or the Apple App Store (iOS) if you haven’t already, and sign in with your existing account.
Tap the menu icon in the top-right corner of the app to open the account menu.
Choose "Delete Account Request" from the menu and enter your registered email address or phone number to initiate deletion.
Our support team will call you to verify your identity and confirm that you want to proceed. This step exists purely to protect you from accidental or unauthorised deletion requests.
Once confirmed, your account is permanently deleted within 24–48 hours.
Once your account is deleted, it is permanently gone within 24–48 hours and cannot be recovered. If the account you're deleting is the clinic's Admin/Owner account, every linked staff account and all of the clinic's data is deleted along with it. Please make sure you no longer need this data before confirming your deletion request on the verification call.
