What if my data is in a different format?
We've seen everything — Practo exports, Marg databases, handwritten registers photographed on a phone, and everything in between. Our team has custom migration scripts for every major Indian dental software. If yours is unusual, we'll build a new one.
What happens during the parallel-run week?
You run both systems simultaneously. Front desk enters appointments in AmritSmile; your old system stays open as a read-only reference. Most clinics stop checking the old system after 2–3 days because AmritSmile is just faster.
Do I need technical staff or an IT person?
No. AmritSmile is a browser app — nothing to install, no server to maintain. If your team can use WhatsApp, they can use AmritSmile. Your success manager handles all configuration.
What if a staff member leaves after training?
All training sessions are recorded and stored in your account. New staff watch the relevant module (usually 20–30 minutes) and are productive the same day. For larger clinics, we offer a refresher session on request.
Can I pilot with one clinic before rolling out to others?
Absolutely — and we recommend it. Start with your busiest branch. Once your team is confident (usually 2 weeks), roll out to the others. We replicate the setup and data across branches without extra cost.
