Is there a free trial?
Yes — every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. You get full access to the plan's features, plus we migrate your existing data for free so the trial is with your real clinic, not dummy data.
What happens when I hit the doctor/staff seat limit?
You'll see a prompt to upgrade. We don't lock you out mid-day — we give you a 7-day grace period to upgrade before access is restricted. You can upgrade any time from your account settings.
Do you charge per patient or per appointment?
Never. The price is a flat monthly fee per clinic. Add 1 patient or 10,000 — the bill doesn't change. Same for appointments, invoices, or records.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrades are instant and prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. You never lose data when you change plans.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export all your data — patient records, invoices, appointment history — in standard CSV and PDF formats any time before cancellation. We retain your data for 90 days after cancellation in case you change your mind.
Are reminders (WhatsApp / SMS) charged separately?
No. WhatsApp and SMS reminders are included in every plan. We absorb the messaging costs at the usage levels a typical clinic generates. Very high-volume groups (500+ appointments/day) may be on custom pricing.
