How do I book an appointment?

Go to the Appointments section from the sidebar. Click 'New Appointment', select the patient (or create a new one), choose a doctor, treatment, date and time slot, then confirm. The slot is immediately blocked on that doctor's calendar.

Can I reschedule or cancel an appointment?

Yes. Open the appointment from the calendar, click 'Edit', change the date/time and save. To cancel, open the appointment and select 'Cancel'. The slot is freed instantly and the patient can be notified.

Yes. Automatic SMS and WhatsApp reminders are sent to patients the evening before their appointment and again one hour before. No manual calling required.

Each doctor has their own live calendar. The front desk can view all doctors' schedules simultaneously from a combined day view and book for any doctor without double-booking.

Yes. Invoices are generated with the correct GST rates per treatment (configured once in Treatments settings), your clinic's GSTIN, registered address and HSN codes — fully compliant by default.

AmritSmile supports single-device logout. When you log in on a new device, your previous session on another device can be invalidated to prevent unauthorised access.
