1. Measure Properly Dispense recommended quantity of APPAPLAST powder and 19 ml deionized water at 23°C. 2. Mix Thoroughly Spatulate vigorously for 45 seconds until a smooth, homogeneous consistency is achieved. 3. Load Tray Load the mixed alginate evenly into the impression tray during working phase. 4. Take Impression Insert tray into patient’s mouth and maintain position until material sets (approximately 1 minute intraorally). 5. Remove Impression Remove with a quick snap motion after complete setting. 6. Disinfect and Pour Rinse, disinfect, and pour cast promptly using compatible gypsum product for best results.
