The SDS Diamond Burr BR Series features a classic spherical working head uniformly coated with precision-graded diamond particles. One of the most versatile burs in operative dentistry, the BR Series is used across caries access, cavity preparation, and groove creation. Its symmetrical geometry allows consistent cutting from any approach angle, making it a staple tool in every dental operatory.

Directions of Use
1. Select appropriate grit: Black (SC) for rapid bulk access; Green (C) for cavity shaping; Blue (S) for standard preparation; Red (F) for surface finishing; Yellow (EF) for final polish. 2. Seat the FG shank firmly in the high-speed air rotor handpiece chuck. 3. Operate at 150,000-300,000 RPM with continuous water coolant spray. 4. Enter the tooth surface using gentle apical pressure at the desired access point. 5. Expand cavity walls using controlled lateral movements. 6. Avoid continuous static pressure at one point as intermittent strokes prevent heat build-up. 7. Autoclave after use. Replace when spherical geometry or cutting efficiency is compromised.
