Description
The SDS Diamond Burr TR Series features a tapered working head with a rounded terminal end, providing smooth, chamfer-style margin transitions in crown and bridge preparations. The gently rounded tip prevents micro-fractures at the gingival margin and enables precise deep chamfer cuts with minimal trauma to the tooth structure. Available across all five grit levels, the TR Series supports the complete preparation workflow from initial bulk reduction to refined finishing.

Directions of Use
1. Select grit: Black (SC) or Green (C) for initial enamel and dentine reduction; Blue (S) for general preparation; Red (F) for chamfer refinement; Yellow (EF) for final margin polishing. 2. Seat the FG shank in the high-speed air rotor handpiece. Operate at 150,000-300,000 RPM with water coolant. 3. Begin with axial wall reduction using the lateral face of the taper. 4. Use the rounded tip to define the gingival margin line in a single controlled movement. 5. Apply gentle intermittent pressure and avoid continuous static contact. 6. Autoclave after use. Replace when cutting action is noticeably diminished.
