Description
The SDS Diamond Burr SF Series is a parallel-sided cylindrical bur with a flat terminal end, designed to create precise 90-degree butt-joint margins in inlay, onlay, and full-crown preparations. The flat end provides defined occlusal box floors and shoulder margins with sharp, accurate line angles, making the SF Series a reliable choice for both direct and indirect restorations.

Directions of Use
1. Select grit: Black (SC) for initial bulk removal; Green (C) for intermediate shaping; Blue (S) for defined shoulder margin finishing. 2. Seat FG shank in high-speed handpiece. Operate at 150,000-300,000 RPM with water coolant. 3. Use the flat end to create the occlusal floor of inlay preparations or shoulder margin of crown preparations. 4. Use the lateral cylindrical surface for axial wall shaping. 5. Do not tilt the bur during flat-end floor preparation and maintain perpendicular angulation throughout. 6. Autoclave after use. Discard when lateral cutting action or flat-end sharpness is reduced.
