Description
The SDS Diamond Burr DI Series features a symmetric double inverted cone hourglass profile, with two opposing tapered sections meeting at a central waist. This unique geometry allows for rapid gross tooth reduction from both coronal and apical directions simultaneously, making it particularly effective for fast bulk removal procedures, large proximal box preparation, and specialised edge finishing in a single bur pass.

Directions of Use
1. Standard (Blue) grit recommended for all DI Series applications. 2. Seat FG shank in high-speed handpiece. Operate at 150,000-300,000 RPM with water coolant. 3. Position bur perpendicular to the target surface and allow the hourglass geometry to engage the preparation site. 4. Use controlled vertical strokes leveraging both cone surfaces. 5. Avoid rocking which may alter the cavity outline and use intermittent pressure throughout. 6. Autoclave after use. Discard if cone symmetry or diamond coating integrity is compromised.
