Description
The SDS Diamond Burr RS Series is specifically engineered to create precise rounded shoulder margins in crown and bridge preparations. The specialised radius-edge geometry generates a smooth, defined shoulder with an internal rounded angle in a single controlled bur stroke, combining axial wall reduction and margin definition simultaneously. The RS Series simplifies preparation workflow and reduces technique sensitivity in achieving consistent shoulder margins.

Directions of Use
1. Use Blue (S) for creating the shoulder margin and axial wall reduction; use Yellow (EF) for final margin refinement. 2. Seat FG shank in high-speed handpiece. Operate at 150,000-300,000 RPM with water coolant. 3. Position the bur at the desired margin level, aligning the shoulder radius with the planned margin location. 4. Use controlled lateral strokes circumferentially around the preparation to create the shoulder in segments. 5. Maintain consistent angulation to ensure uniform shoulder width throughout the preparation. 6. Autoclave after use. Discard if the radius edge shows flattening or diamond wear.
