Description
The SDS Diamond Burr WR Series features a flat disc/wheel geometry with a smoothly rounded peripheral cutting edge, designed for deep structural occlusal and lingual reductions. The wheel profile enables wide-area surface reduction in a single pass, making the WR Series highly efficient for rapid gross removal of tooth structure from broad occlusal or lingual surfaces in full-arch reduction scenarios.

Directions of Use
1. Select grit: Black (SC) for rapid gross reduction; Blue (S) for standard full-surface preparation; Red (F) for surface finishing; Green (C) for intermediate reduction. 2. Seat FG shank in high-speed handpiece. Operate at 150,000-300,000 RPM with water coolant. 3. Apply the peripheral rounded edge to the occlusal/lingual surface using sweeping lateral strokes. 4. Maintain consistent depth and angulation throughout each stroke to produce a uniform flat surface. 5. Use only the peripheral rounded edge and do not apply the flat face of the wheel directly against tooth structure. 6. Autoclave after use. Discard when peripheral edge shows flattening or uneven diamond loss.
