Description
The SDS Diamond Burr WF Series features a flat disc/wheel geometry with a 90-degree square peripheral cutting edge, designed for deep structural reduction with defined flat-edge surface profiles. Unlike the WR round-edge wheel, the WF produces a sharp, well-defined peripheral cut line preferred for creating flat grooves, distinct step preparations, and flat occlusal reduction planes in prosthetic and implant-supported crown preparation workflows.

Directions of Use
1. Standard (Blue) grit recommended for all WF Series applications. 2. Seat FG shank in high-speed handpiece. Operate at 150,000-300,000 RPM with water coolant. 3. Apply the square peripheral edge to the target surface using controlled lateral sweeping strokes. 4. Maintain consistent depth and angulation for a uniform flat surface throughout each stroke. 5. Use only the peripheral edge for cutting and do not apply the flat face of the wheel against tooth structure. 6. Autoclave after use. Discard when edge sharpness or diamond coating integrity is compromised.
