Description
The SDS Diamond Burr CR Series is a specialised bur geometry optimised for composite and ceramic inlay/onlay cavity preparations. The CR profile is designed with specific angulation and curvature to create slightly divergent axial walls and smooth curved internal line angles that facilitate accurate seating of both direct and indirect inlay restorations. The divergent wall geometry minimises undercut formation, ensuring precise impression taking and smooth cementation.

Directions of Use
1. CR Series is a finishing bur. Complete initial cavity preparation with a coarser bur series first. 2. Seat FG shank in high-speed handpiece. Operate at 150,000-300,000 RPM with water coolant. 3. Use Red (F) for cavity wall refinement and divergent taper creation; use Yellow (EF) for final margin and surface polishing. 4. Work in light, controlled strokes along each axial wall to ensure consistent divergence angle. 5. Verify the preparation for inlay seating path before taking impression. 6. Autoclave after use. Replace when fine tip geometry shows any visible wear.
