Description
The SDS Diamond Burr CD Series is a dedicated line of diamond burs engineered for paediatric dentistry applications. Featuring scaled-down working lengths, reduced head diameters, and proportionally matched grit sizes, the CD Series is designed to operate comfortably within the confined oral environments of paediatric patients. The smaller dimensions reduce the risk of inadvertent damage to adjacent deciduous and developing permanent teeth during cavity preparation.

Directions of Use
1. Use Blue (S) for cavity preparation in primary teeth; use Red (F) for finishing and surface refinement. 2. Seat FG shank in high-speed handpiece. Operate at 150,000-300,000 RPM with water coolant. 3. Ensure adequate patient cooperation or appropriate behaviour management protocol before beginning preparation. 4. Apply very light, controlled pressure as primary tooth structure is thinner and less mineralised than permanent teeth. 5. Use rubber dam where possible and maintain clear visibility of the preparation site throughout. 6. Autoclave after use. Single use per patient is strongly recommended to prevent cross-contamination.
