Denu Ceravive BIO is a pre-mixed, silicate-based bioceramic sealer for permanent root canal obturation. Formulated with Tricalcium Silicate, Dicalcium Silicate, Zirconia (ZrO₂), and Aluminum Oxide (Al₂O₃), it creates a true chemical bond to dentinal walls by forming hydroxyapatite in the presence of tissue moisture. Bioactive mineral release after setting actively promotes periapical healing and suppresses residual bacterial activity — a clinical outcome no conventional resin sealer can replicate. The hydrophilic, moisture-tolerant formulation eliminates the need for aggressive canal over-drying. 1. Complete canal preparation, shaping, and irrigation per standard endodontic protocol. 2. Lightly dry the canal with paper points. Complete desiccation is not required — moisture tolerance is a clinical advantage of Ceravive BIO. 3. Attach the disposable application tip to the Ceravive BIO syringe. 4. Apply a thin, uniform coat of sealer to canal walls using the application tip or by coating the master gutta-percha cone. 5. Insert the master cone to working length. 6. Complete obturation using your preferred technique — cold lateral, single cone, or warm vertical. 7. Remove excess sealer at the orifice. Take a post-operative radiograph to verify obturation quality. 8. Restore the tooth with an appropriate coronal restoration.
