Denu Root Seal

Denu Root Seal is a resin-based root canal sealer combining epoxy resin, zirconium oxide, and calcium cement for a reliable, dimensionally stable, and biologically compatible endodontic seal. Supplied in a dual syringe system (12g total), it ensures accurate base-to-catalyst proportioning without manual measuring — producing a creamy, homogeneous paste that flows consistently into root canal anatomy. Zirconium oxide provides high radiopacity for clear post-operative radiographic verification. The calcium cement component enhances compatibility with periapical tissues. 1. Expel equal lengths of base and catalyst from the dual syringe onto the mixing pad. 2. Mix thoroughly with the spatula for 30–45 seconds until a uniform, streak-free paste is achieved. 3. Using a lentulo spiral or application tip, apply a thin coat of Root Seal to canal walls. 4. Coat the master gutta-percha cone with sealer and seat to working length. 5. Complete obturation using cold lateral condensation, warm vertical, or single-cone technique. 6. Remove excess sealer at the canal orifice. 7. Verify obturation with a post-operative radiograph. 8. Restore the tooth with an appropriate coronal seal.
