Its Hydroxyapatite/β-TCP composite base provides dimensional stability during setting, while the β-TCP surface coating creates a bone-regenerative microenvironment that actively stimulates osteogenic activity. Critically, Cure CEM MTA uses Zirconia (ZrO₂) as its radiopacifier — not bismuth oxide — eliminating the grey-black staining seen with conventional white MTA products. 1. Open one individually sealed 0.5g capsule onto a clean mixing surface. 2. Add a few drops of sterile distilled water or saline to the powder. 3. Mix to a homogeneous putty-like consistency using a stainless steel spatula. 4. Carry the mixed MTA to the prepared site using an MTA carrier or small condenser. 5. Place and condense gently into the target area (perforation, root end, pulp space). 6. Verify placement radiographically to confirm position and coverage. 7. Place a moist cotton pellet over the material. Seal with a temporary restoration. 8. Setting is complete in under 1 hour. For one-day procedures, proceed with final restoration at the same appointment after confirming material setting.
