About this product
Flowable Nano Hybrid Composite | 2 x 2g Syringes | 9 Shades
Description
Denu Flow Resin is a light-cured nano hybrid flowable composite resin that delivers the handling ease of a flowable material with mechanical properties approaching those of packable composites. Optimized nano filler loading delivers compressive strength of 340 MPa, flexural strength of 150 MPa, and hardness of 65 MPa — performance figures that position it well above conventional flowable materials. Its superb flowability allows complete adaptation to minute cavity floors, sharp line angles, undercuts, and deep narrow preparations — areas inaccessible to condensable composites. Low polymerization shrinkage minimizes post-operative sensitivity and marginal microleakage. Available in 9 shades: A0, A1, A2, A3, A3.5, B1, B2, B3, and U0.
Key Features
• Nano hybrid filler — high strength in a flowable form • Compressive strength: 340 MPa | Flexural strength: 150 MPa | Hardness: 65 MPa • Superior flowability — adapts to deep, narrow, and tight preparations • Low polymerization shrinkage — reduces microleakage and post-op sensitivity • Water-insoluble post-cure — long-term durability • 9 shades: A0, A1, A2, A3, A3.5, B1, B2, B3, U0 • High polishability — excellent aesthetic surface finish • Applicable as liner, fissure sealant, and direct Class I–V restorative
Other Features
• Excellent as cavity liner beneath packable composites — wets entire floor, eliminates air pockets • Low shrinkage with high bond to cavity walls reduces gap formation under final restoration • Precise syringe tip placement enables controlled delivery to hard-to-reach posterior areas • Can also be used for orthodontic bracket adhesion aid • Shade range covers full anterior aesthetics and universal posterior needs • Manufactured by HDI Inc., South Korea | Distributed in India by Swastik Healthcare / SDS Endo
Directions of Use
1. Prepare the cavity per standard restorative protocol. Establish isolation with rubber dam. 2. Etch enamel with 37% phosphoric acid for 15–30 seconds, dentin for 10–15 seconds. Rinse thoroughly and gently dry. 3. Apply bonding agent per the manufacturer's instructions. Air-thin and light cure. 4. Attach a disposable tip to the Flow Resin syringe. 5. Dispense Flow Resin into the cavity in increments of no more than 2mm at a time. 6. Light cure each increment for 20 seconds with a standard LED curing light. 7. Continue incremental layering and curing until the cavity is fully restored. 8. Finish with fine abrasive discs or polishing rubbers and polish to final gloss.
