About this product
Designed for efficient post space preparation and coronal enlargement with precise, controlled cutting. Stiff, parallel-sided design ensures straight-line access and uniform canal shaping. Provide excellent durability and cutting stability, making them ideal for consistent and predictable post-endodontic procedures.
Description:
SDS Endo Peeso Reamer is a precision-engineered endodontic instrument designed for accessing and enlarging the coronal portion of root canals. Crafted from high-quality stainless steel, it ensures durability, consistent performance, and resistance to corrosion. Its tapered design allows controlled and gradual enlargement, minimizing the risk of over-instrumentation while preserving tooth structure. Ideal for creating a clear pathway for further cleaning, shaping, and post space preparation, SDS Endo Peeso Reamer is a reliable choice for efficient root canal procedures.
Key Features:
• Anti-Corrosion: Highly resistant to corrosion for long-lasting use • Uniform Hardness: Ensures consistent cutting performance • Safety Tip Design: Minimizes risk of ledge formation and perforation • Controlled Breakage Feature: Designed to break near the shank for enhanced safety • Easy Identification: Size identification through grooves on the shank
Other Features:
• Material: High-quality stainless steel • Length: 28mm for optimal coronal access • Tapered design for controlled canal enlargement • Autoclavable and reusable • Compatible with contra-angle handpieces (Ø2.35mm shank) • Suitable for gutta-percha removal and post space preparation
Indications:
• Enlargement of the coronal portion of root canals • Preparation of post space • Removal of gutta-percha (when required) • Creating a pathway for further endodontic instrumentation
Direction of Use:
1. Pre-Procedure Preparation: Sterilize the SDS Endo Peeso Reamer using an autoclave and maintain aseptic conditions. Use appropriate PPE. 2. Access Preparation: Create a proper access cavity to expose the pulp chamber and canal orifices. 3. File Selection: Choose the appropriate reamer size based on canal anatomy and treatment requirements. 4. Controlled Insertion: Gently introduce the reamer into the canal with minimal pressure to avoid damage. 5. Coronal Enlargement: Use slow, controlled rotary motion to gradually enlarge the coronal portion of the canal. 6. Depth Control: Monitor insertion depth carefully to prevent over-instrumentation or perforation. 7. Safety Tip Utilization: Allow the safety tip to guide the instrument and reduce procedural risks. 8. Post-Use Care: Clean thoroughly after use and sterilize as per standard protocols for reuse.
