APPA DUO CURE by SDS Endo is a highly versatile dual-cured composite resin, specially formulated for core build-up and post cementation in restorative dentistry. Available in three shades—Yellow, White, and Blue—this resin offers superior flow and thixotropy, ensuring smooth and accurate application without slumping. It mimics the physical properties of natural dentin with low polymerization shrinkage and high compressive strength, providing reliable reinforcement for durable restorations. The composite is radiopaque, ensuring clear visibility during procedures for accurate diagnosis and treatment. Core build-up Post cementation Restoration of damaged or missing tooth structure

Cavity Preparation Prepare the cavity according to standard restorative procedures. Post Try-In Ensure proper fit of the post before proceeding. Etching Apply etchant (FineEtch®) to the prepared surface. Wait for 15 seconds, then rinse for 10 seconds. Blot the excess water, ensuring the surface remains moist but not overly wet. Adhesive Application Place 1-2 drops of EsBond® onto a mixing pad. Add an equal number of EsBond Activator™ drops. Mix for 1-2 seconds with a clean, unused brush tip. Apply 2-3 coats of the mixed adhesive to the etched surfaces for 15 seconds. Air dry the surface for 5 seconds. Core Build-Up Application Dispense APPA DUO CURE onto the prepared surface using the provided eco tips and auto-mixing tips. Place a matrix as required to ensure proper form. Curing Chemical Cure (Self-Cure): Allow 4 minutes for the material to set. Light Cure: Cure for 20 seconds per 2mm increment. Finishing After curing, contour, and polish the restoration to the desired shape and finish.
