Description:

SDS Endo APPA GI Seal is a light-cured glass ionomer composite cement designed for use as a liner, fissure sealant, and for restoration of small lesions. It offers excellent adhesion, reliable sealing ability, and easy handling, making it an ideal choice for protecting dentin and enhancing the longevity of restorations. Its light-curing capability ensures controlled working time and efficient clinical application.

Key Features:

Light-Cured Formula: Provides controlled working time and efficient setting Excellent Adhesion: Bonds effectively to dentin and restorative materials Versatile Application: Suitable for lining, fissure sealing, and small restorations Smooth Handling: Easy placement with precise application Reliable Seal: Enhances protection and reduces microleakage

Other Features:

Compatible with amalgam, composite, and inlay restorations Can be applied in incremental layers for thicker linings Requires minimum 20 seconds curing time Works effectively with bonding agents like SDS Endo APPA Bond Suitable for dentin insulation and pulp protection

Indications:

Linings under amalgam, composites, and inlays Extended fissure sealing Restoration of small lesions

Direction of Use:

Cavity Preparation: Prepare the cavity following standard restorative procedures. Pulp Protection: Apply a calcium hydroxide base in areas close to the pulp if required. Bonding: Isolate and dry the dentin surface. Apply bonding agent where necessary, especially if enamel support is limited. Application: Dispense the required amount of SDS Endo APPA GI Seal onto an instrument and place into the cavity. For linings thicker than 1 mm, apply in incremental layers. Curing: Light cure each layer for at least 20 seconds. Finishing: Remove excess material carefully using rotary instruments and proceed with final restoration.
