Before sending, a clinic verifies its own domain inside AmritSmile. Once verified, every campaign and reminder goes out as the clinic itself — not AmritSmile — which keeps deliverability and trust where it belongs: with the clinic's own name.

Plans

Multiple branches sharing one domain can also share one plan's quota instead of buying a separate plan per branch.

What you can send

Patient campaigns built from a saved audience or an imported contact list, and transactional payment-due reminders — the email counterpart of the WhatsApp payment reminders covered in Billing, Razorpay & POS Payments. Both run from the same clinic-owned domain and the same monthly quota.
